  • SAE 1050 (CK45) certificated forged steel rolls with high tensile strength
  • Precision hardened rolls wire wire grooves, also suitable for stainless steel
  • Motorised rear bending roller with digital readout display for positioning
  • Heavy cast iron construction at each end frames providing stability and rigidity
  • Single handle adjustment of bottom rolls to suit material thickness
  • Safety trip wire (RM & IRM) or kick bar (IR) standard
  • Brake motor standard for precision bending
  • Mobile control panel with emergency stop
  • Conical bending device
  • Made in Turkey

  • Mild steel capacity is rated on hot rolled material with 250MPA
